Highlighted the current state and had the team thinking about mitigation / change. Paul was a great facilitator, patient and guided us through the process. I wouldn't say worst, but an unsatisfactory experience was the lack of preparation material prior to the workshop, as an example - it wasn't clear what was the definition, scope of committees and working groups, or the difference between them. This made it a bit tricky to participate in some of the workshop activities directly, when asked to concept the formations appropriate to us. Read Less
