What differentiates 3CX from other similar products?
3CX is very easy to use and to configure, in our company everyone was able to install 3CX app on their desktops and phones with minimum help from IT dept., it's very intuitive and quick to install.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Phone calls are of good quality, the sound is clear and there is no delay, 3CX has many capabilities and it's used as a company switchboard for our technical, sales and administrative departments.
What do you dislike most about this product?
there is nothing to dislike, 3CX does its job perfectly
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend installing the app both on your cellphone and on your desktop, this way you can use it anytime and answer your office number from home or any other location

What differentiates 3CX from other similar products?
The speed and ease of starting a call are fantastic. It just needs a click. Also, it doesn't have much to write after the call as in the whole summary like in Ring , so it saves time and makes the work smooth. Its an every day application for me . Its very easy use .
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
colleague groups titled and group messaging is for me favorite
What do you dislike most about this product?
sometimes due to some network issues there will be some glitches happening while using the app . It reduce the performance of the application . That is the main concern
