What differentiates 3CX from other similar products?
Cost totally. You can't believe the cost difference between it and competing products. You can really find value with 3CX and have a very robust phone system.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of management
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some features are a bit difficult to find in the structure of the menus.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do not throw this product out of consideration because it is 50% less than competing products. It is a very robust, usable product.
