How quick and lag free it is! Simplicity is key with a great dialler!
What do you dislike most about this product?
In all honestly 3CX doesn’t have many issues. It has always been fast and reliable for us. User interface could be updated to look and feel more modern but that’s about it!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great product and incredible helpful in a large sales team.

Very easy to setup and demo, can run on something as low powered as a Raspberry Pi 4
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The desktop application is super easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Only certain types of physical desk phones are supported.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Phone systems are an easy sell as an MSP. We've hit Gold level partner in roughly a year of getting into it.
