What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?
It has played a major role in our sales because of the great connection we have with customers. It's a great marketing tool and one of the most comprehensive we've seen, so I can safely say we made the right choice.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Act-On has changed, innovated and optimized our email marketing work efficiently. I love the tool as a whole, it is intuitive, easy to use and has excellent functionalities and integrations that make our work and communication with our customers easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is one of the best tools I have seen, however it still has some room for improvement, on the one hand the loading times should be faster and on the other hand, updating the interface, making some improvements could come in handy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It offers us optimal functionalities to take better advantage of email marketing, organize our customer funnel and have an active communication and meaningful connection with customers. In such a way, it has helped us to improve our relationship with our customers, optimize our campaigns and make them increasingly meaningful and profitable, have resources and integrations that improve our overall work and much more. Definitely, its use benefits our growing organization.

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?
The ease of use and speed to creating digital marketing assets is what clearly separates ActOn from other products and vendors. ActOn allows our team to quickly create content to meet same day requests for our internal customers.. ActOn can also handle high volume sends with ease.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like the landing page and form design aspects of ActOn's product. We are able to create engaging content from a landing page perspective. The survey features allow us to seamlessly collect data from our agent customers to make informed business decisions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Very minor but sometimes the system takes a while to build a segment but this also be a function- of the many lists we have stored in ActOn.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking to increase engagement with your consider base in a fast and effective manner -- consider ActOn. It is easy to use and is getting better every year with new product enhancements. It's landing page and form product features are also very attractive. There technical / customer support is also very responsive.

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?
Previously I used only one alternative tool and I find Act-on much more intuitive and giving more insights to understand the market better
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Managing social media activities with whole company alignment.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some parts that UX is not the best but Act-on is improving them quite rapidly, therefore, I do have my hopes it's just a matter of time to have it 100% UX friendly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for an intuitive product for all your employees, also from other departments, Act-on would be definitely the option.
