What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?

It is easier to use than other programs from the very beginning to the very end. Because the software is so user-friendly, it is also simple to teach new users how to use it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We were able to reach the precise people we were going after with the support of Act-On, allowing us to grow our business. Because of Act-seamless On's integration with our Dynamics CRM, we're able to streamline our marketing automation. Similarly to how easy it is to establish and update automations, segmentation is simple to do so as well. This program works wonderfully for our purposes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a (naturally) steep learning curve at the outset, but Act-On provides excellent customer service and is always quick to respond to inquiries. The orientation programs were also quite useful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In my opinion, this is the best software out there because it combines so many useful marketing tools into one simple package. For us, it has been indispensable. While it serves more than a dozen critical purposes, including social media management and account-based marketing, I find its interoperability with our CRM system to be particularly useful.

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?

Many of our efforts to expand our brand's visibility have been aided by Act-On. Act-On allows us to provide highly personalized and account-based interactions with our customers and leads, guiding them down the paths we've laid out for them. Act-On has proven crucial to our progress, whether it be for internal marketing newsletters or external automated drip campaigns.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We are an agile marketing group committed to expanding our client base through superior service. Act-On met all of our demands as a small organization, when we had fewer than 100 employees, and as we expanded through mergers and acquisitions. I can think of no situation in which Act-On would be inappropriate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be beneficial if their customer care chat tool was accessible during the same time periods as businesses on the west and east coasts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The automation constructor is a breeze to work with. The success of any behavior-based marketing effort hinges on a thorough mapping of the client journey. Act-On has an intuitive UI that makes making content a breeze. Their assistance to clients is first rate. Act-extraordinary On's customer service goes far beyond what I'd expect from a software company, whether I'm communicating with their chatbot, email team, or Account Rep.
