What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Airtable is fast and secure (supports SSO login as well), provides straightforward data visualization, and it’s from the simplest tools that can be used by groups to communicate. It may also be used as a task assignment software system and thanks to history recall and commenting functionality, groups within an organization can extremely talk about alternative things without being consultants on other’ team fields. Let’s say a support agent can produce a bug request to the development team without the support agent having to access more difficult bug management software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you don’t have a premium plan and you wish to synchronize data between 2 databases, there’s a button that synchs the data. It’s really difficult to search for that button. I’m finding out all the time. And with the latest changes on the UI, I’m searching even a lot every time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I like how easy it’s to make data tables that are fully customizable in how I use the data. I can manipulate things however I want to to get the top result I need. Airtable can handle most of the work with data manipulation once I am developing web apps.

What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

Airtable at first glance is a spreadsheet, until you dive into it and see what's under the hood. Airtable can track knowledge bases, profiles for job candidates, schedules for social media posts and more. Pretty much any use case you can come up with for Airtable, there is a way to create an elegant and easy-to-use solution for.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Taking into account all of the amazing features of Airtable, my favorite has to be it's ability to integrate cross platform with many apps I use, to create a home-base for all of my assets and business tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My only concern with Airtable is it is almost overwhelming at first and though that could be considered a user issue, sometimes it can seem like a monumental task to understand the deeper integrations of airtable.

Take a look at your current software and see where Airtable can replace each one, and try out the free plan first. Airtable can likely streamline many different fragmented aspects of your business.

What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

This app stands out from the crowd because of how user-friendly and straightforward its cloud collaboration service is. Their web-based software makes remote teamwork much simpler.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Almost everything is customizable, giving us the freedom to organize our work in the way that works best for us. And by automating, we can streamline our task management and work more efficiently with other tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because it took us so long to put the more advanced features like calculated fields and general automation to practical use, we didn't get the full value on day one. But once we started investigating these things, we kept finding more and more value in employing them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this tool because the templates feature is so helpful when we get assignments from other departments in the company. We don't have to juggle multiple tools or processes for task management because all we need to do is fill in a few blanks and the tool will generate and assign the appropriate tasks.
