What differentiates Amazon Chime from other similar products?
Customer support is robust, proactive and better than most of the industry peers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Simple and clean interface. All essential functions and icons are easily accessible on the dashboard itself.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not as widely used as zoom and primarily by AWS support teams. You need some time to get used to the new interface. Also, it is missing the full-screen functionality.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You can do a quick feature check for various products available in the market and decide. If you don't have any special or very specific requirement, I can recommend Chime which has all the basic features and works in majority of cases. Also, product support is proactive and better than most of the industry peers.

What differentiates Amazon Chime from other similar products?
We have used many other communication tools before Amazon Chime like Zoom, Agora, Skype and Google Meet but Amazon Chime is a well designed and enriched features software application that helps you alot in your business communication both within and outside your organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Chat, Online meetings Communication Live File Share Calling and business collaboration
What do you dislike most about this product?
Need to make it some more user friendly and some change in UI, plus hardware integration.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'll highly recommend all the organization and business manager to check Amazon Chime and its Features before adopting it for your routine communication tool and you will be amazed. Highly recommended.
