Assistedge is evolving fast. It is economical and highly customisable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not many out of box features. Robots not stable especially with huge volume of data.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Not very citizen developer friendly. Developers need good programming skills to customize the tool for any complex implementation. But economically its a good option.

What differentiates AssistEdge RPA from other similar products?
* Automates repetitive processes using AI enabled bots. * Tracks the processes and identifies automation opportunities * Supports multi-channel collaboration with multiple media * Single platform for heterogeneous processes/ business applications * Product suite offering Unattended as well Attended Bot.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
AssistEdge is a scalable RPA tool, one doesn't need to know programming or coding to start automation. It has a very user-friendly template to solve most of our problems, just by drag and drop feature for various activities, with its custom coding feature to enable any set of actions for unattended automation. Control Tower to create, manage and schedule automation processes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Installation needs pre-requisite technical knowledge, can be more user-friendly. Initial phases of implementation could be time-intensive. Reporting with pre-built templates is not available to users and configuration is time-consuming.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Complex processes require more .net technical expertise if using AE as a user. External applications integration is not provided fully as compared with other RPA tools.
