The ability to integrate third-party apps within storefront without incurring additional fees.

Ease with customizing storefront; the ability to offer Pay Pal and Affirm at checkout; and their help center.

Take time to setup your storefront, review all its capabilities; and connect required apps prior to selling products on your storefront.

Solid platform but needs better B2B functionality.

What differentiates BigCommerce from other similar products?
Price was the biggest differentiator in choosing BigCommerce. The platform is great solid from the DTC point of view.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The availability of plugins is good. We're able to integrate an array of plugins to meet our needs. Combined with a little custom development, we're able to make the platform meet all of our needs for a great DTC experience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of B2B features. BigCommerce purchase the B2B Edition plugin a while back but it hasn't incorporated the functionality into the base platform. This leaves data integration lacking when using BC for B2B stores.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for an alternative to the biggest players in the space, BC offers a lot of features and plugins that facilitate a great DTC experience.
