What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
The major issue that has been resolved is time tracking. I like how I can start a stopwatch and it will update the timesheet immediately. We must continually allocate our team/resources to in-house and client-facing tasks, and BigTime reporting enables us to do so. We may also examine individual project tracking, corporate profitability tracking, and personnel usage (and forecasting). It's priceless to be able to do the reports I need for my business on my own time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I want a solution that would assist my staff in tracking time and managing tasks. This checked all of those boxes and then some. The SalesForce and QuickBooks connectors are fantastic. Almost every part is editable, so I can use my team's terminology. This cut down on our preparation time, which saved us money. The report and all of its features. We're doing a lot for our business using BigTime, and having a spot for a lot of necessary business operations is fantastic. The BigTime team's exceptional service is the frosting on the cake.
What do you dislike most about this product?
BigTime's user interface isn't the most user-friendly. Although it is a standard interface (file folder arrangement), incorporating the information may necessitate a number of clicks. Furthermore, it took me a long time to learn that the optimal use case is to use many browser tabs to acquire information, but this necessitates a large number of browser tabs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is an excellent piece of software for keeping track of all aspects of your clients and tasks. Use the trial version to discover how much time you and your team will save. If you use QuickBooks, you should absolutely use the integration tool; it made the setup procedure much more quick and simple. When it comes to cost, there is tremendous benefit in optimizing the tool.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
Before the implementation of BigTime in our company, our billing system was a headache, since it took a lot of time to track the details and execution of each client, so we have certainly seen a positive change regarding the billing of customers since we decided to implement BigTime in the company. We use BigTime to create our invoices, and it has been a great solution as BigTime continuously monitors in real time all the details needed to create the corresponding invoices.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
BigTime is a program that provides a completely integrated time and billing system intended for professionals in order to simplify and keep track of all ongoing activities as well as produce the related bills to clients for the service provided, whether consulting, accounting, computer support, etc. BigTime is completely complete since it controls the work in progress (WIP), the flow of tasks, and it is in charge of gathering all of the essential data to create the detail of the client's bills. If you already have Quick Books, this is a wonderful addition, project management tools are connected with your existing accounting software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The control of entry and exit times of each registry executed is one of the many inconveniences we encountered with BigTime, despite the fact that it is a solution that comes integrated with very useful functions for any company. Nevertheless, overall, our experience with this tool was positive because it is simple to integrate with other platforms and produces better results.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is unquestionably the best choice if you have bilingual staff and want a manager to record time for you. BigTime collaborates with project management and resource management, for which our company is extremely satisfied with the features of this software and without a doubt it is in charge of making recommendations to other companies to start implementing within them. It is important to emphasize that BigTime goes beyond its billing system.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
The most significant issue that I believe has been resolved for my workday is the amount of time I save by being able to sync items between BigTime and Quickbooks. I used to waste a lot of time manually entering data into Quickbooks AND our previous application. Now that I'm not doing double duty, I have a lot more time to focus on my other projects. BigTime assists us in tracking our workers' time worked, by hours done, by contract and job category, and by day. Supports our clients' invoicing as well as our payroll functions
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Live chat provides excellent customer service, they have always been really helpful in resolving my issues and addressing my users inquiries. The software generates excellent reports and does an excellent job in general. I appreciate how simple this tool is to use. We recently converted from WorkBook, and I don't want to remember how difficult it was. BigTime is well-organized, and I appreciate the ability to save or reverse actions with a single click. It's also great that they provide live chat for customer assistance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far, there hasn't been anything that I don't enjoy about the software. I'll admit that I wish we could change some of the categories. It will take some time, because "Activity" in our old program is not the same as "Activity" in BigTime. I believe it will only take some getting accustomed to, but we will finally be able to narrow down the distinctions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it; you never know if you'll enjoy anything unless you try it. I'm sure there are many fantastic applications out there, but I strongly suggest this one because we've been using it for several years and it still works great.
