What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
BigTime is a product that we use throughout our organization, from the accounting department to the IT department, due to its numerous functionalities. The platform has been critical in project management and measuring the work performance of each collaborator in our organization. The program has been a terrific option for us since its reports give highly precise information in many aspects, allowing us to make better decision-making in the many job circumstances we confront.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Bigtime is an efficient system for team collaboration and systematic review. One of the advantages of this service is that it provides a highly functional and easy-to-use data entry system that can significantly improve the performance of your work team. Because it allows for the correct distribution of tasks, it allows the tasks to be performed more appropriately and without overloading people. This is a very advantageous factor as it is completely cloud-based software and users can easily access the service at any time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only negative of this program is its interface, because, despite its unique design, its operation is extremely sluggish to work, causing us to work with poor performance, i would want to see improvements in its operation in the future, so that we may enhance our experience when using this tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
BigTime is the platform I recommend. Having been using this service for many years, I was able to see the features in different areas and complete the project. From my professional point of view, the services Bigtime offers are very functional and can be implemented in any organization. What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
It's a piece of software that performs exactly what it's supposed to and does it well. The process of implementation was quite fair, and the accompanying customer service was excellent. Time tracking and the ability to divide it into other sections if necessary. For numerous projects, I've taken use of the platform's ability to develop custom reports, which have been useful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best approach to keep track of many projects' time and expenditures. Invoicing is also a breeze because to the platform's user-friendly interface. I can view all of my projects and team members in this platform, and we can all manage everything together. The Bigtime team's assistance is also a big plus in my book.
What do you dislike most about this product?
BigTime doesn't always communicate to itself, so you have to dig a little further to find the answer you're looking for. In addition, I've used BigTime's "help" option and spoken with a live person who was able to diagnose my difficulties immediately away.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When I've run across problems with my reports, I've always been able to get assistance from support (s). You may see how your reports were made so you can improve your own work.

What differentiates BigTime from other similar products?
BigTime is a very important service for us as it allows our teams to work more systematically and perform well in managing projects. This platform provides a very wide range of monitoring of the progress of each task performed by the team. .. Timing can be voluntary by team members and will be billed on the go. Performed since the last employee feedback period and related billing analysis. You can now claim at any time after your work is completed. This means that you don't have to charge until the end of the month and your cash flow will improve.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
BigTime is an inventive and highly effective time tracking tool that can be used for any sort of business; the program is excellent for project planning and execution. What I enjoy about about this program is that it gives all of the tools required to do jobs with a reasonable level of profitability. Bigtime has helped our organization make better use of its time. What I like best about Bigtime is that it includes a lot of information and data concerning corporate success, including productivity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile app was buggy because the work code might not be displayed. Due to synchronization with QB, duplicate entries may occur after the change. Online entries may be duplicated or changes may be undone after saving. The progress reporting feature works very well, but the information provided is very limited and inaccurate and I think it needs to be addressed. Their customer support is terrible because they don't provide a quick reply when there is a problem with the software, which can cause major problems for the user.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For anyone looking for an agile and productive service to comprehensively track the work of team members as they complete a project, BigTime is a fully functional tool, extremely easy to use and user needs. It's a great option because it's a great interface to adapt to. Very easy to use and very elegant design. In short, I have had a very positive experience, so I recommend Big Time.
