What differentiates Bonusly from other similar products?

Bonusly has a very modern interface and is very easy to use, besides being customizable according to your needs. The tool has a great support team that responds very quickly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like the most about Bonusly is the opportunity to combine recognition with rewarding, the employees feel that besides being recognized they are also rewarded, which stimulates a healthy exchange of recognition.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to see more suppliers to exchange rewards, especially in regions other than the USA.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say that the tool is great but they need to expand their rewards partners to regions outside the US.

What differentiates Bonusly from other similar products?

I have not personally used any recognition software, but I don't know that I would need anything more than what Bonusly provides.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how easy and quick it is to share collaboration projects and recognition with the rest of a wider team. I work for a Global company and this was seriously lacking before we got Bonusly!

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish it were a bit easier to add others to a recognition post

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely invest. It brings visibility to your whole organization about what different teams do, how they help, and ways to connect with those far and wide outside of the close-knit departments that have direct access to each other. This is especially important in remote workforces, I think.

What differentiates Bonusly from other similar products?

Bonusly is a fantastic method to recognize a coworker, especially because we all work remotely and depend on one other. Using it is a breeze. Your points are transferable to several different organizations and stores, including Amazon, as well as cash!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can use Bonusly for what it was designed for: boasting. Instead than giving someone a generic starbucks card, they may use their points on something they really want. The fact that others can build on the work of others and that leadership has access to useful indicators for keeping tabs on who is achieving what is a terrific thing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When it comes to services like these, I've noticed that some people seem to get far more attention than others, whether it's because of their jobs, their immediate superiors, or some other issue. Some employees may feel slighted if they are not racking up as many points as their coworkers, even if this is in no way indicative of bad work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Customized positive reinforcement for employees rather than having management keep track of employees' preferences. By doing so, I can ensure that my team is being rewarded with things that actually matter to them.
