Great product and does it's job.

I have not used any similar products, so can't comment on this.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to go back and see transcripts of zoom meetings with ease. Also the ability to set keywords to easily identify key points within meetings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Does not integrate well with on premise exchange
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure it's compatible with your environment. If you are on 365 then you should have zero issues. If you're on-premise, then you may have to tinker a little bit in order to get it to work.
