An excellent solution that's so simple to use.

What differentiates Circleloop from other similar products?

The simplicity of setup. There doesn't need to be any specialist knowledge of phone systems. The supporting documentation and support team are fantastic.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Desktop & Mobile Apps.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only issue we have found is the desk phones do not allow call transfers, this can only be done from the app or desktop applications. It's not a deal breaker, it would be the one final feature to make it 100% perfect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Seriously consider Circleloop. There's so much it can do to fit in with anyone's business use case. The fact that you can have a fully functioning call system for as little as £5+VAT per month.
