What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

The link between attlasian products work wonders. Using their ecosistem we can switch between product seamlessly. The editor itself is improving and have a good autosave feature. Permission and role management is easy to use and implement even for non IT guy. Business team can use the tool seamlessly without feeling intimidated. Good support of feature for "coding" related text. Catalog and indexing also great and easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Role and permission access ease to use won my heart. Other than that, the ease of integration with other popular product is good. There is a lot of third party integrations and template to use too.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometime without clear notification, product might have small problem like inaccessible or edit not working properly. But vendor support will quick to resolve the issue. It will be good if we have notification earlier though.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Manage user well since it cost money. Manage permission well so different role can work on the same space with different content catalog.

Confluence is a great program it has more features and better customization than other programs.

Excellent instrument for coordinating the exchange of information and storing documents that may be accessed by more than one team. It is simple to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Alternate user interfaces and layouts might be an option.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

An excellent tool for documenting and collaborating with your team. It's a great tool for keeping track of all of the project's documentation. A 3rd party tool is no longer required to produce a document using Confluence's online editor. Confluence has a wonderful capacity to import documents from different formats and create a ready-to-edit document. User stories and tasks must be integrated with Jira service for an end-to-end collaborative experience.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Using Confluence and Jira is a huge time-saver for me because of the integration. All of my work is organized in Jira, and all of my papers, files, and other media are synced with Confluence. As a team, we utilize it for drafting documents. Confluence provides a safe method for sharing knowledge and working on projects among team members. Additionally, it features a number of Atlassian-approved plugins.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tool allows us to create, share, and collaborate on material, add notes and chat discussions to documents, and manage projects and tasks. Team members from across the globe and across different domains are utilizing confluence to work on our project. This is a huge time saver.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Many plugins are available, and it might be difficult to pick the ideal one for our purposes. It takes a lot of time to do this. In most cases, though, following the guidelines is sufficient.
