What differentiates Cvent Attendee Hub from other similar products?
The Attendee Hub combines a lot of features other software provides but does so in a combined and comprehensive method.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is that it's key in putting on a Hybrid event. Being able to watch the virtual sessions while also providing opportunities for virtual and in person attendees to interact is so key.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It isn't always clear the distinction between the app and the Hub. It's hard to explain to attendees the difference and importance of both.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Watch the tutorials and go through the Cvent academy training so that you have a good working knowledge prior to beginning the build.

Cvent integrates well with other features that are important when planning events, such as sponsorship opportunities and collaborative video streaming.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Hub can be quickly used to pivot from in-person to virtual events.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The changing features can be confusing. However, I'm glad Cvent continues to make improvements.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure to review the training videos and ask your Client Services Manager plenty of questions related to the product. Some features are not intuitive.

What differentiates Cvent Attendee Hub from other similar products?
The fact that it integrates with my registration hub is a major bonus. I'm not in an out of multiple systems which is a big win.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integration
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't think it's as "modern" or tech-forward as other platforms.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're using it to facilitate a hybrid event, make sure you have someone dedicated to this function only.
