What differentiates Dialpad Ai Voice from other similar products?
We use this program for incoming calls from customers. We have a designated group for this type of activity so it is important to have everyone available for incoming calls. We can also edit our contacts and share notes and other information so that everyone is on the same page about our system and call details so we don't miss or miss important details in conjunction with good integrations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We have a great scope thanks to offer us many features and allows me to access calls and customers on cell phone and computer which has no limits to be able to open it on any device and easy integration with Google contacts, All users can dial Voice Intelligence transcripts are useful and are generated automatically.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Problems with notifications that do not work on some computers due to compatibility failures in the platform system which should be improved internally and could improve the conversion from voice to text because many times users can not speak on the call and need to read to have an interaction and a free version of the program as a test of the service.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Thanks to sophisticated tools this software allows our customers to communicate with us in any way and keep a record of their communication with our team. Therefore, it is highly recommended for medium-sized companies that already have a well-established product to be able to pay for its license and take advantage of this easy-to-use platform.
