What differentiates Dynatrace from other similar products?
It is a great monitoring tool and it is easy to use, with many functions and ease of use, it helps us to analyze the above problems related to production, this tool is playing a very important role in the main business to track the exact growth of the business and know the continuous performance, it also provides monitoring of almost all the infrastructure of my company, it is also possible to record the user's sessions so that we can replay that session and check if something went wrong, the main difference with other APM tools is that DynaTrace has backtracking functions that I think no other tool provides.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like being able to track all user transactions and reproduce them for troubleshooting, it is a platform that allows fully automated monitoring with artificial intelligence that provides a better view through reports of each application, transaction and user, as well. provides an artificial intelligence engine to highlight where the problems are, I also like the one click ability to see dependent services and how they might be affected during an incident, I also like the dashboard customization features and how you can share dashboards with your leaders and managers to give them an overview of your infrastructure.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not like this software is the implementation of updates, in some cases they have caused failures and have required manual intervention, one of the important failures that have caused these updates is the temporary disconnection of the service.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is really good and it works very well, in terms of its operation it is quite reliable and it is very easy to use, I recommend this software 100% it really is very useful.
