What differentiates ESP CSR from other similar products?
I haven't used other similar products before. But ESP CSR is very good at data collection once the access being granted to all the teams and contractors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Notification/Alert for the data/actions overdue.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The setup is not that user-friendly to newbies. It is not that easy to find what you need before you are getting familiar with it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You need to clearly know the outcomes you want from the product. Otherwise, you might get lost when categorizing the inputs/data.
