This is a very complete software that has helped us to increase our sales thanks to the tools it gives us, such as the variety of payments it offers like online payments, mobile payments, email payments and more. It allowed us to expand our variety of payment methods, giving the customer more options for their purchase.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows us to integrate other payment methods such as PayPal, Amazon pay and many others, in addition to receiving payments in foreign currencies. We can invoice through the program and make payments automatically, it also gives us the option to send email to customers when they are late with their payments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The software can be a bit complicated to set up, especially setting up with partner banks and payment platforms. It was a lengthy process, which with the help of the technical support we were able to accomplish. Also entering the products into the platform was a long and cumbersome process, I would have loved to have it done automatically.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software is the perfect solution for payments, sales and invoices for any company, ideal for online stores. It is a simple software to use although complicated to configure, but once the whole system is installed and set up, all operations and management is done in an almost intuitive way.

FastSpring helps you move quickly with global payments, allowing you to accept dozens of payment methods and currencies from the first day you use the platform. If a payment fails on the first attempt, the system retries using a secondary gateway, all without you or anyone on your support team having to intervene. Resulting in happier customers. Fewer emails about failed payments. And more revenue in your account.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A direct integration into native apps, not just web pages, the dashboard is outdated. Need to improve the customization section of the dashboard to provide more options and make it much easier to understand.

FastSpring offers its users a free trial of its software. As for contracting its full services, a quote is prepared taking into consideration the type of currency, size of transactions and other related aspects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

FastSpring continues to grow and now handles much larger companies. They do not show the same interest in smaller companies as they did in the beginning. As a result, support and feature requests are not fulfilled. The dashboard is outdated. They need to improve the customization section of the dashboard to provide more options and make it much easier to understand.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The advancement of e-commerce gave this tool a challenge: permanence over time both in quality and technological edge. Due to the exponential growth of the demand for digital products, it was necessary to be adaptable and customizable for each customer, so there are no designed plans, but work based on budgets. But this expansion not only touched aspects such as the cost of services, but also the technical service and payment methods. As for the language of its software, it had to diversify and is now available in more than 15 languages.
