What differentiates Freshdesk from other similar products?
Freshdesk provides all the tools to develop optimal customer service. It allows you to innovate and promote a good relationship with your customers, being easy to use. This tool can be used from a mobile device or from a desktop computer. It is a flexible and customizable platform. Supports running reports based on ticket data, this helps you understand what product features need to be improved or added.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Provide real-time assistance to your customers and facilitate ticket entry management from multiple channels. It has a built-in efficient phone support for communication with customers. It can be seamlessly integrated into a large number of communication channels in one place, supports integrating self-help tools into your customer service platform. It allows to obtain detailed reports using different help desk metrics.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far the only thing I don't like is the little variety of integrations it offers, this should be expanded to improve its capabilities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Freshdesk has enabled excellent customer service, increased business productivity, and a versatile workflow. I recommend its implementation.

What differentiates Freshdesk from other similar products?
Data responses with easy UI smooth clicks. Getting a new client onboard is quick and learning the product is as easy since all options and modules are self-explanatory it's so cool process. Freshdesk makes our daily tasks easier and more efficient. The fact that we can keep track of your report and tickets efficiently with this powerful system makes our job easier. All those points are different from Freshdesk from another similar service provider.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Nice a simple interface, which makes it quick and easy to answer support tickets. The app generally works quite well as well. And then it's the best thing about Desktop is its amazing features to organize the work. It helps us too much for categorizing the tickets based on urgent tasks, which helps us to deal easily with the most important clients. Our team can easily track any particular customers and through a ticketing system, I can easily assist them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Freshdesk lacks many important features that include collaboration with other social platforms and this is a major issue as I have to switch to another system for responding to my customers’ from my other channels for this single issue I dislike Freshdesk. But it's overall a great system.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Freshdesk is suitable for companies that shouldn't be too variable and harder to configure/manage for successful practice and is convenient to use! It would have the opportunity of being operated by the provider because it is a Web-based Cloud solution so that no systems manager is needed to run and manage this scheme on the database. For all those reasons you can, you can choose it for your organization.

Freshdesk provides tools to simplify customer service work, making it much simpler, easier and more proactive. It allows to have a comprehensive view of the clients served. It enables versatile support, allowing you to reach customers where they are and when they need you. It has an efficient customer-directed support ticket solution, offers customers to submit tickets for specific service requests. A large number of communication channels can be seamlessly integrated into one place, eliminating information silos.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a nice user interface, easy to use. It allows you to integrate self-help tools into your customer service platform to make customers self-reliant. Facilitates access and integration of all applications in a single comprehensive CRM solution. In the applications directory you can find and connect all your favorite applications, from time control applications to chat tools, through applications for social networks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This platform offers many advantages to optimize the relationship with customers. The most notable disadvantage is that the support ticket can sometimes be confusing when you are a new user.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Freshdesk can be tailored to the specific characteristics of your business. It is implemented quickly and allows to maintain an effective relationship with the client, which generates a very fast return on investment. I recommend its implementation.
