What differentiates Google Analytics from other similar products?
Google Analytics can be a bit advanced with its functions but at the implementation level it is very easy from the basic level. You may need a bit of experience to use this platform but documentation and tutorials are easily found to improve the experience and to optimize the performance of your website and easily measure your traffic. With Google Analytics you can get a better vision of how you can make improvements that allow better efficiency in performance on the site, with this you can also have better decision-making based on the visitors that are obtained.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that it can work with a single window where it is good to see everything that is happening on the website where it is implemented. I can obtain detailed analysis of the traffic that is happening, counting on demographic data as well as direct traffic, organic traffic and any type of traffic. I can see both the cumulative site visits as well as the segment visits when it comes to detailing each page. With the reports that are generated, I can plan a better strategy to provide a better experience for clients, users and potential clients.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can't exactly measure the metrics where the click stream generated by third-party platforms is measured. It would be better if the search console could be integrated, which helps me a lot to get better results in making decisions within the website and make the respective improvements. With this I have nothing else that I do not like about Google Analytics.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With Google Analytics you can have a better breakdown of information about all the traffic generated, you have a great advantage of this tool that you can use it for free for your company which is starting to grow and thus apply the necessary improvements according to the behavior of the sites managed websites.
