Google Cloud Storage - storage heaven
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Google Cloud from other similar products?
Our company had some bad incidents with other companies and we finally moved on to Google Cloud platform due to reliability. The maintenance time is very less and not very frequent which makes a better solution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Incidents happen all the time and data storage alongside a backup is heaven. Google Cloud offers storage buckets that will help you keep your data in a safe and secure place. You can keep your data wherever you would like to store. Another amazing benefit of using it is that you will not need to pay license fees separately. It covers that as well!
What do you dislike most about this product?
You need to understand that you should know what you are getting yourself into, or at least someone in your team is Google Cloud expert because you will be needing lots of help and that’s all paid, each time you need their service of help, you will be charged.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It’s expensive, you need to pay for almost everything, if you can pay for the services, please go for it. It got you covered, it’s reliable, and secure. You can work with no fear and there is always a solution for each problem. Why not go for something that actually works rather than saving a few bucks and get stuck into something awful.
Pros
- Trustworthy
- Unique Features
- Effective Service
- Respectful

The Future Of Cloud Hosting Solutions
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Google Cloud from other similar products?
The Google Cloud Console is not just the average hosting provider. I was very impressed to discover the VPC Network, where I could reserve an external IP address, bring in my own IP and customize the firewall settings. The Deployment Manager does great when it comes to deploying a cloud instance and best of all, the marketplace, which contains most of the powerful applications, like Plesk, which we loved immediately.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of my favorite aspect is the Compute Engine menu, which allows to view your VM instance, edit it's specifications and have access to your SSH keys. The ability to choose your zone and premium network tier makes Google Cloud a state-of-the-art solutions when it comes to cloud computing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Pricing: It is 2 to 3 times as expensive when compared to traditional hosting providers. Technical customer support require some specific paid plans.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For me, Google Cloud Platform is the cutting edge when it comes to deploying a powerful and secured cloud infrastructure. The uptime is great and the marketplace integrates with the most powerful tools. I recommend over all hosting providers for all of these reasons.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing

Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Google Cloud from other similar products?
Google Cloud Platform's dashboard is the most user-friendly and intuitive among various cloud providers and also GCP provides a lot of training support and resources
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of access and usage of GCP is definitely a plus point. Cloud Shell is a great feature that allows to easily access resources within the browser platform, in one place. The sheer amount of resources for training is large, backed by a great community support
What do you dislike most about this product?
Most of the features cost or need subscription, and there's only 3 months of free-trial. Lacks features compared to provider like AWS.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider your budget and features that you would require and check whether Google Cloud Platform provides service for the feature.
