What differentiates Google Vault from other similar products?

Google Vault has the best data retention policy that allows user to utter the amount of time that certain data will be stored in the google vault and using it is very easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favorite aspect about google vault for me is that i can easily integrate G-suite applications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I love this software to use it easy and work effortlessly with google application.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. This tool is to use and do a great job.

What differentiates Google Vault from other similar products?

One of the best features of Google Vault is the search option. We can easily search any information within Gmail snd other supported applications. It is very helpful as we have to analyze and export the user details from Gmail. It is highly reliable and secured solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1) Great search functionality. 2) Easily integrate with the applications. 3) A web-based application and hence no installations are required. 4) Automatic email and document retention. 5) one of the best solutions to retrieve data from Google apps such as Gmail and Drive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1) e-Discovery could be improved. 2) More search options shall be introduced.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need to export and do some e-Discovery on your data, then this is the right choice for you.

I like that Google Vault is scalable The software is easy to interact with and offers best security features Archiving, searching and retrieving data is easy. Integration with Google Products makes it a must have.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google Vault has been very helpful and I have no dislikes

For business data archiving, searching, retrieval, sharing and security, Google Vault is the solution. It's affordable and scalable. Give it a shot
