What differentiates HCL Commerce from other similar products?
I believe HCL commerce offers one of the best graphical user interface in the category. overall experience as an enterprise is fabulous. analytics and insights provided are really good.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
GUI(graphical user interface) is my favourite aspect, clear differentiation between segments and analytics provided are my favourite features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
overall experience is good but the software lacks in the scalability of the consumers because it is a bit technical and would require prior training.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
customer service should improve, even if you have a great software and someone faces an issue it should get resolved in a timely manner
