We are creating with this software the different online stores that we need to create in the different pages that we have and we have found it quite easy to use and with useful tools that make our work easier. It allows us to create online catalogs of our products with their prices and shopping cart, so that they can be purchased by our customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows us to perform a complete seo in the store, so that we can position it in the top positions of google search, achieving greater reach and visualization. Its inventory management, allows us to always update the products and be up to date with the stock, avoiding any kind of inconvenience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although we have been using this program for a short time, there are few failures we have had with it, the most recent failure is that it slows down a little when loading the catalog images and it takes a long time to load them. We had to call technical support to help us with the installation of the program, but we solved it immediately.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A very efficient software for marketing and distribution of any product online. We found it very easy to use and it certainly fulfills the function it promises to achieve an online store quickly and efficiently, that is eye-catching and attracts customers, that's why we recommend it.

It's currently a CSV model, but you can also work directly with our API. It is an API-first application and understands that many people want to work in different ways. What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not provide PIM tools for vendors. Other than that, HCL has no negatives that would slow down its use or defer in the use generate by our associates to this department.
