What differentiates HeyOrca from other similar products?
The customer support is amazing. Very personal and met me where I was at - rather than over-explaining how it worked. With other social media management products, I didn't get the same personal experience and care.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
HeyOrca is so easy to use and set up. We only have to spend a few hours every month setting up posts for the next month. And the posts are easy to update. I love that I can assign my intern to create posts, and still be able to control when it gets published.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no dislikes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is worth signing up for the entire year at once. Take advantage of their training opportunities. I have never worked with a group that is so easy to work with!

What differentiates HeyOrca from other similar products?
For me, the differentiator is Hey Orca's customer support team. I was able to contact them via chat at any time. I received timely responses from friendly and genuinely concerned reps. They worked with me extensively to find solutions to my organization's issues; in fact, they were so friendly that we even chatted about off-topic subjects.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the ease of incorporating several distribution channels and the level of post or share type you can create directly within Hey Orca's platform. Again, their customer support is excellent. I also like how Hey Orca hosts several webinars, and podcasts, and provides an extensive knowledge base to help me navigate issues or learn more.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There were certain features of reporting that Hey Orca did not support at the time that I was using their product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend this product for small agencies or small businesses that are beginning to grow their social media footprint.

What differentiates HeyOrca from other similar products?
Media library is an excellent option to keep posts and support materials organized. Reports are another excellent tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The media library and the ease to schedule social posts across various platforms.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Currently doesn’t allow for scheduling on Facebook stories.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
An amazing product. For anyone handling social media and especially multiple accounts it’s a game changer.
