What differentiates Hubilo from other similar products?
Hubilo seems to focus on the features that allow attendees to be engaged. They prioritize user experience and great customer service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect about Hubilo also relates to the user experience. On the registration, instead of asking for all info up front, users can register with name, email and title, then you can collect other information when they fill out their profile. This led to almost 70% of users providing a mobile phone number for SMS updates, which are more likely to get opened and viewed than emails.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The feature that I'm hoping gets an update at some point is the ability for chat to flow without pausing, at least for speakers. When too many messages come through at once the chat will queue the messages and need to be clicked to see the other messages. However, when you're speaking or performing it's disrupting to have to stop and click the screen every couple of minutes if there's high engagement in the chat. However, this feature is the same across all of the other competing virtual event platforms, especially those that include animated gifs which are great for engagement and energy, but send the chat flowing really fast.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'd say try it out and see if it's a good fit for you. Everything we've done so far with Hubilo has been impressive and easy to set up. For any changes we needed made that we couldn't figure out instantly, support was super quick and helpful. I especially enjoyed working with Gaurav.

What differentiates Hubilo from other similar products?
The ease of use, understanding, the help from.the hubilo associates and the integration with other third party required apps is amazing. Live streaming is just awesome
