The end user interface is really easy to user, specially the journey mapping.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
100% the journey mapping, loved this feature when putting together customer coms.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost. we wanted to ramp up our email marketing but it just become really expensive to do the numbers we wanted.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would for start ups or medium size organisations, but it would depend on the organisation.

What differentiates HubSpot ABM from other similar products?
Our Marketing team uses HubSpot for emails, workflows, ads, lead management, scoring, nurturing, and some reporting. Our Customer Success team also uses it for one-to-many emails.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The product is easy to use even if your a first time user and with no technical knowledge.It has high email campaigns with high delivery rate.The customer service are the best they quickly respond anytime you contact them.We use the Hubspot email campaigning and landing pages for all of my marketing communication. It makes it so simple to target and remarket to our clients.Emails are easy to create and share between teams to get feedback and collaborate on.The entire CRM is free to use and easy to pull contacts into an email marketing campaign, track results, and tend to leads accordingly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have nothing i dislike about the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The business data and communications with clients are in one place, so it's easy to update and follow up. I love how these tools empower designers and non-designers as it allows me to replace and test content with 'smart lists quickly.It is easy to use and manage and affordable. I recommend it to al organizations.
