What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

It is easy to integrate contacts and data into HubSpot.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The amount of training on how to use the product is wonderful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The customer support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The most basic package isn't worth much at all. In order to have all of the necessary capabilities for a business, you will need to get the most expensive package. The customer support is lacking quite a bit and the product crashes from time to time.

HubSpot has a very convenient mobile app and has a really cool grid view for tracking clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the grid view for seeing the people I’m working on and working with.

What do you dislike most about this product?

HubSpot can be a little bit limited in its features around communication and analytics

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d recommend trying the full version to see how it fits your needs.
