What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

Keeping track of everything in Excel became overwhelming. I switched to HubSpot because of this. HubSpot was the ideal fit for our company, allowing us to benefit from a full-featured CRM system at a moderate cost. It was the most effective tool for corporate growth and critical thinking.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My organization was able to use Hubspot to design new sales funnels, increase communication, and determine the best approach to communicate with our clients. It provides us with a wealth of information, not only about potential clients but also about our own internal procedures. Hubspot's most useful features are its lead management and ticketing system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The number of contacts we have determines how many emails we can send. If we deliver a lot of them per month, we'll need to double our contact list only to send additional marketing campaigns.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What I enjoy best is that we can get started quickly (and at a reduced cost) and get everything we need when it comes to CRM. However, the instrument has the power to evolve with us as we do. I encourage this tool to everybody who went to work to start their organization's success.

Nothing, works perfectly for my business

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take a long close look, it’s brilliant, but the scope can be huge. It starts for CrM only and is free for more or less unlimited users and contacts. But adding in functionality takes the price up, so consider carefully what you need

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

The ease of implementation for our new team members was mindblowing. Our folks could jump in and provide valuable insights right away, without a long lead time. The visualizations cut down on time spent creating client presentations, as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to understand visualizations take the guesswork out of client presentations. Once you explain that red is good, everyone's on the same page!

What do you dislike most about this product?

It could stand to have a few more features available at the free level. It is a one-trick pony at that stage, and more folks might be convinced to take the plunge if they could see that Hotjar is truly one of the most powerful weapons in your digital analytics arsenal.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

All you need to do is generate your first heatmap of your biggest client's homepage, and you'll be hooked!
