The biggest driver is it handles everything needed for us from a service side while being completely integrated with the other aspects of our business that are using HubSpot today.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use and collaboration across teams and departments who are in hubspot.

Currently, there are no major dislikes about this product.

If you're trying to get all your teams into 1 unified place this can be a great option if you are using other Hubspot products already (like we were doing).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Really concise, what I like the most is that I'm ready to know, share and get familiar with 1,000 realities of one single record. It's amicable, it's solid and I can see all the appropriate data I really want to know, to play out my occupation accurately. As a specialized help specialist, there are little subtleties that nobody could at any point have the option to give me, however I have everything in HubSpot!
What do you dislike most about this product?
I figure I could hate the absence of synchronization we experience now and again. Which I couldn't say whether I'm being objective when I say this since I realize there are a few realities, servers and extra groups behind only one record's data yet that is what I experience now and again.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We want to truly figure out how to peruse every one of the properties and focus on all the data this instrument offers; since it contains loads of data, at times it very well may be precarious to find precisely what you want yet when you realize where to observe all the stuff you want consistently, it's the coolest.
