The reporting features in Hubspot are easier to use and with better results. The dashboard can be run with Low to 0 experience running this type of information. All of the features available are integrated with ease.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reporting is definetly the best aspect of Hubspot. Clear and easy reports make you job a lot easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Exporting to different format should have mroe options.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't think about it. Get your customer support company or department running faster with this amazing software.

It is so easy to manage customer information and it's incredibly powerful for marketing purposes

Email marketing Ticketing

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact that I cannot undo emails or save them

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a very powerful tool but if you don't manage a big data base, maybe is not the best option cost wise
