I believe its allot like salesforce, but it costs less and requires less administration.

Tracking e-mail opens.

Seems like its always crashing and logging out.

This will get a CRM up and running in the shortest amount of time.

What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

When initially deciding on which software to use, Hubspot seemed to fit our needs the best with being able to manage calls and emails in one place. The plug-ins we have used work beautifully with HubSpot. I think what really set them apart from the others in the running was the fact that they listened to what I really needed and wanted and offered a great solution. My second choice seemed more focused on what they wanted me to have than listening to what I needed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very user friendly. It didn’t take much to get it set up and learn how to use and I’m confident I wouldn’t have to spend much time training new employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don’t particularly like the layout/format of how the emails appear in the inbox, but it’s probably something that could be adjusted. I just haven’t taken the time to do any research on this as it’s not really hindering me in any way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Spend as much time with someone on their team understanding what they have to offer. Watch the videos provided on how the product works. They have a free version that you can use to see if it will fit your needs.

What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

I can't think of anything that differentiates HubSpot other than it appearing to have great features but it's lack of ease of use. It is hard to accomplish things in HubSpot, but it was easy enough to get the team up and running as users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The dashboard and reporting are my favorite aspect of the product. It is easy to update and pull the information that I needed in those areas.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I am not a fan of HubSpot as a CRM. It is incredibly difficult to work on emails in the ticketing section, updating the status of the contacts is difficult. The tagging of topics is very manual. There isn't enough automation without getting hit with a paywall.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Shop around, and make sure you know what you want to use the CRM for as far as functionality. It looks like it has all the bells and whistles, but then in use it is a lot of work to navigate and use.
