What differentiates Iterable from other similar products?
Iterable is thus versatile there are always multiple ways to resolve any new ideas. Integration with multiple tools including our self-developed tools means that we are ready to track the lifecycle of our users, including any action the user takes. Based on this we can segment and modify each user’s specific experience. We can integrate these actions into automatic workflows to create everything easy for our team. Iterable has allowed us to handle a lot of contacts. Their journey UI is straightforward to use and has allowed us to form plenty of custom user flows based on numerous data points.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All the new product updates relating to the interface and all the changes on the journey builder. I additionally just like the AI tools provided. I might wish to see some further AI tools like data models (like Optimove’s churn model) or setting goals on journeys (like in Salesforce). I also like the drag & drop editor which provides everyone a very simple way to build an email with no prerequisites.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reporting and analytics are the areas wherever I feel the tool might improve the most. However new options and enhancements are being created continuously thus I’m sure this won’t take long.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The method of managing journeys: we can completely different paths among different users and channels, bringing a segmental and precise journey for every user. The interface is pretty easy to figure out and has improved a lot. Recommended by me.

What differentiates Iterable from other similar products?
The ability to create custom link parameters for each email saves my team a ton of time and mistakes. Advanced audience segmentation with dynamic lists is very useful, so that we do not have to constantly update lists. Workflows in Iterable make it easy to visualize and create advanced workflows based on user behavior, segmentation, and actions. Iterable puts the marketer in control, once technical integration is complete, and makes deployment, testing and optimization of campaigns and trips much easier and faster.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Everything is very intuitive, but powerful. They constantly update the product to improve it and listen to user feedback. It takes time, but Iterable provides the resources to automate most of your marketing program needs. It's easy to set up custom workflows. Another thing I love is the customer support is pretty good too, they usually respond very quickly with a comprehensive solution. Lifecycle campaigns are easy to implement and analyze. Where there is a will, there is a way with this platform. Iterable is easy to learn, fun to use, and makes my job easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We've had campaigns or workflows inexplicably reverted to a previous version before shipping a couple of times. We found some bugs, nothing too critical.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are not getting the most out of your current email service provider and it is not sending the correct message to the correct segments, you should switch to Iterable.
