My top choice for project management.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
Jira's support for multiple use cases, beyond project management. This has allowed my organization to deploy Jira across select departments, who are not software engineering related. For every of department where Jira has been deployed , as far as I am aware, they have found Jira effective for helping to measure departmental operational efficiency.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Strong Scrum and agile boards. This is of huge benefit to I and my teammates, as we are able to effectively visualize project workflows and track project progress in real time from anywhere.
What do you dislike most about this product?
To utilize Jira effectively, requires a lot of technical learning and training, resulting in what I will best describe as a slow learning curve. A slow learning curve isn't a blessing for an organization like mine, where we would rather prefer team-members to hit the ground running upon joining our development teams.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Jira's versatility, allows organization to maintain some form of uniformity in project management by deploying Jira in non-software development teams and departments.
Pros
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Unique Features

By breaking tasks into sprints, Jira improves workflow and project completion. I like that you can backlog non-urgent chores to remember them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Diverse licenses for various products can influence the feature set across all offerings, which is somewhat peculiar.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
1. I work on a Scrum team and use Atlassian's JIRA every day. It makes it easy for everyone to work together. 2. JIRA by Atlassian makes it easy for teams to work together, especially on projects that everyone is involved in. Another thing I like about JIRA is that it makes it easy to keep track of my team's work.
