What differentiates Keeper from other similar products?
The Vault and security features within, as well as an easy-to-use browser plug-in.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use as well as the easy integration with third-party applications (browsers, iPhone, tablets, etc.).
What do you dislike most about this product?
Locks in pre-fills on websites often interfere with the visibility of text behind the lock when the pre-fill bar is small.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Suggestion: make the Keeper "locks" within pre-fill bars more translucent/less opaque

What differentiates Keeper from other similar products?
The Enterprise features and management (including shared groups) are what sold us on the product and keeps us renewing. We have tried most of the other product out there and originally switched from LastPass Enterprise and Keeper works much better for us. As a digital agency which needs to share client information with virtual staff members the granular control that Keeper provides is critical to us. In general, we love the admin console and much prefer it to LastPass.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Shared groups and multiple levels of sharing. Each of our clients gets their own shared folder and we provide access via groups so everyone has appropriate access. I also like being able to "lock down" our virtual staff members so they can't use the vault but rather just pre-fill login details within Chrome or Firefox so they never see the passwords. So, the granular control aspects of Keeper via group and team membership is very important to us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Even though I am an Enterprise global admin and account owner I still cannot edit records that I don't "own." This is a problem for us because we mainly store client password records for access to social media, listing sites like Google My Business and Yelp, etc and I do occasionally need to edit a record that someone else originally input and I can't do this right now. This is a promised feature. I understand the security aspects of record ownership but as a super admin I should be able to override this. Also, while the password filling for Android has improved quite a bit over the past few years my partner doesn't love it on iOS.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try various products and see which one fits the best. However, we found that Keeper continues to meet our needs the best compared to other products out there. We also negotiated a good deal by working with both leadership and Sales and continue to make sure we get this same deal every year when we renew. In general though, Keeper provides excellent value for what we spend each year and we couldn't live without the product since it is core to our business.
