Most of the time when someone wrongly use a pin pad The pos have not any feature to stop the sale.

What differentiates KORONA POS from other similar products?
Its architecture is unique, which brings many capabilities along with speed and reliability. Perfect for today's businesses needing to do quality commerce. A retail business consists of a customer experience eco-system. This eco-system must work seem-less together from the consumers point of view. However, we all know situations are always unique, business to business. The software solution must be capable of supporting multiple integrations while maintaining the integrity of the enterprise data set. Korona POS is second to none at this, allowing connections both to live POS transactions and cloud backend data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The depth in the feature set winds up making the biggest difference day to day, as long as it is efficient and reliable. I have seen features in the program that do not exist in most other programs. The company has now celebrated its 26th anniversary. This is quite significant for a technology company and brings many benefits, ideas and solutions to the discussion. One key example of this is the diligent software release schedule that is maintained, communicated and documented! Each release, offers new features that many users can start enjoying immediately, plus they encourage feature suggestions as well to continue ideal development.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This POS app solution is open architecture, meaning it can run on Windows, MAC OS, and Linux. Each of these environments have their own pros and cons and supporting all of them is difficult and cumbersome. There is a different level and method of support for each. So, would want to choose a standard platform for the business. Note, this does not apply to the cloud back end, only the POS application. The chosen platform for the POS application will dictate how you get support, so important over the long term.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are evaluating the solution, do not make your final decision on a particular feature. Say one program has a feature/function you desire that does not exist in Korona POS at this time, and maybe it will need to be added. You will be shocked to find out how easy customizations can be added to the solution. This is the reason the platform is so important. Businesses do change over time and need to add features that help them compete in today's commerce environment. Korona POS allows for this with minimal extra effort or by purchasing third party connections to finish out the ideal ecosystem for your consumer experience.
