The fact that it is right inside LinkedIn makes it perfect. This is something that other products don't have.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can grab your candidates directly from LinkedIn and add them to your pipeline in less than a minute.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They don't offer a free tier, this is a bit sad.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Include a free tier for freelancers.

This platform is not limited to any area, city, or state but globally. We can get bulk choices when looking for employees. The candidate with the required choices of ours can be found. One can opt for the candidate having accurate skills and qualities and knowledge, as he listed. It helps in finding out all types of candidates suitable according to the jobs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This platform is very helpful and supportive if one wants to keep himself up-to-date with the coming trends. It tells us about the demands and trends taking place in the organization. It not only facilitates its users with the hub of knowledge but also with personal development. For the showcase of one’s continuous progress, they are also awarded several certifications as a reward.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If you are asking about something I dislike about it then sorry to say I have nothing main to describe as a dislike or bad about it. This is user-friendly software and easy to navigate. I confidently recommend this to everyone. However, it would be more pleasant if there is the availability of asking questions after hearing the content about any topic of our need.

Linkedin Talent Hub springs you immediate contact to a deep sea of potential aptitudes that you can notice as per your administrative requirements. It protects a lot of time and the recruiting procedure much quicker and more well-organized. Here one can get appropriate jobs and also the best-fitted staff.

What differentiates LinkedIn Talent Insights from other similar products?
The job posting features are very robust and put our openings in front of a wide audience. It also attracted new applicants who may not have previously known about our organization, and the features that recommend applicants based on potential match are very helpful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Job postings are easily customizable, reach a broad audience, are easy for candidates to search, and match us with great potential hires. Also, the ability to message leads and applicants directly through the platform is very helpful and cuts down on emails and overall communication.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The talent and applicant workflow is not very intuitive, and often did not help us with our specific needs. Since we have a separate ATS, we primarily used LinkedIn Talent Hub for the job postings, and applicant search features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is very helpful to put jobs in front of a large audience or active job seekers. Additionally, the ability to message potential leads or applicants is very helpful, easy to use, and allows you to engage with passive candidates who may not be directly interested in initially applying to the role. There are many customizable search categories that help narrow down the talent pool so that you identify the exact audience that you are looking to reach for your open roles.
