The features and flexibility of LiveWebinar.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are a few quirky aspects. It is easy for me to adjust, but sometimes new users get confused, as it is not intuitive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Create your own branded "cheatsheets" for new users or guests explaining how to turn on their audio and video, as this part is not always intuitive for newbies. Possibly consider creating a video to show your users/customers how this works, in order to help them from becoming nervous.

What differentiates LiveWebinar from other similar products?
Web based tool with branding option and great sharing capabilities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how when a video is being shared it is synced for every person in the webinar.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The one area that I would like to see improvement is in the landing/registration page customization. A simpler, templated approach where you can easily change text and images would be far easier and cleaner than the current customization option.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just like with any platform, make sure you test for your needs before making this your final choice. Go over the features and use them so you can get used to the controls and sharing features.
