How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

Email Marketing

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
in comparison with other platforms of the same caliber has many advantages, it comes with a system of plans that adapt to the user depending on the needs they have, in my case I adapted to the paid plan because I have to send a lot of emails in mass, for campaigns and have a greater reach to my customers, has a dashboard enough to use, and there are tutorials on YouTube that can help, you can use it for free but has its limitations, I consider it with respect to other platforms one of the most popular and used.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The dashboard has a lot to do with one of the features I enjoy the most (Mailchimp uses color sparingly and mainly to draw attention strategically), but it's clean and very easy to understand, plus the fact that I can send a lot of emails in bulk during the day, I have three main options: create and send a campaign, create (or import) a list or start building an audience (with signup forms). Once started, this is replaced by a dashboard that shows recent campaign activity, list growth and a news feed of recent events.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the support area, is not very good actually provide very little service, for any concern is difficult to communicate with them, and give a solution or answer to any problem you have, so it is important to take into account the YouTube tutorials that are many and to be oriented reading about the platform and its features to use it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My recommendation is very good, it has all the necessary features to perform an email marketing, it is indispensable for any advertising campaign, very good for all businesses that have to do with advertising, it is very popular and does not have many requirements to be used.
Pros
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Reliable
- Unique Features

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
The price is fair and it is user friendly to implement and set up workflow wise.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user friendly aspect of the program.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are little to no customizations, integration was promised but not followed through on, and lots of add on purchases for features. It couldn't even hold all of our leads and tags required.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your email communication plan is basic and generic, MailChimp is perfect for you. Also, double check tags and leads you require because they under delivered on their capabilities before we upgraded.
