What differentiates McLean Employee Engagement from other similar products?
For the value and the product, it's hard to find a vendor that will beat or match what McLean offers. McLean is a wonderful partner for all things Employee Engagement. The communication and assistance they provide are top-notch and they are always willing to assist and provide feedback. It's very important to have a vendor as thorough and knowledgeable to assist with an engagement framework.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The surveys are a great aspect of the product. To be able to gauge the employees' thoughts and positions on the company in an anonymous way is very important.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are a lot of sites to log onto go to get results for different things. Everything being in one central location would be great.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend McLean if you are looking to establish an engagement survey framework. They make it easy and they are there with you every step of the way to make sure you succeed in getting results for your organization from leadership down.
