What differentiates MessageBird from other similar products?

MessageBird supports the most popular communication channels, preferred by the majority of our target audience and customers. This enables my team to expand the number of communication options, we are able to combine into one shared social inbox , for centralized customer conversations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love messagebirds flow builder. It enables my team build engaging data driven experiences between the social apps where our customers have a presence , and our customer relationship management infrastructure without writing code. This makes the process of connecting multiple applications for interaction basis to be faster, without encountering data complexities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Messagebird support can be faster and it sometimes struggles with scalability on occasions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For the current times, where every organization is thinking about automating communication with customers across social channels, Messagebird is a tool to consider, especially as it involves text-based communication infrastructure.
