What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
Microsoft SharePoint is a widely used platform to share data within the organization and clients/vendors sharing option can consider as external sharing through the cloud search. Whether you are dealing with traditional content, web content or social content. You can manage versions, apply retention schedules, declare records and place legal holds. The search feature also goes through all sites, pages, wikis, libraries.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the best and Special things about MS Sharepoint is the security of my Data. Like I can create a Space for my data and give and restrict access to other people. It comes in 0365 environments so It is very finely integrated with Other apps like Outlook, We can directly attach our files with email without downloading and also make changes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Very less about dislikes but they can improve alert/notification features, and they can add more add-ons. Few a times because of slow internet autosave property does not work efficiently.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say if anyone is looking for secure file sharing with quick set up then go for Microsoft Sharepoint only with any hesitation. Their technical support and service are very cool and they are responsive during odd hours as well.
Pros

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?
The issue I like best concerning using SharePoint is the fact that I can produce multiple intranets or use one instance with multiple sub classes and sections and still have the flexibility to maintain access control all the way right down to the file level. Another thing I prefer about SharePoint is that I can create internal forms and tie them to lists that I can use for analysis. And finally, I prefer that there are hundreds if not thousands of apps and widgets that may be deployed to extend the practicality of SharePoint. Some are paid, however plenty are free to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ability for multiple users to edit and share documents. Ability to possess a central location for everyone, in a group, to go to for updates, information, and reference. If used properly, I no longer have to suppose to myself, wherever that file/information is. It is used for developing dynamic web based applications. The simplest part of it’s we can modify the content on the fly using admin rights. Its user-friendly surroundings and workflows are simply created and managed through SharePoint.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They may improve the notification system. We had some problems once attempting to urge the people connected with a group, so they might have access to the sites and folders, and share the data. However, it's ok. We found a way to treat that.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes, I might advocate SharePoint for people who would like to have changes/editing done for their web applications easily from the front end itself.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Trustworthy
- Unique Features
- Efficient Service
