What differentiates Microsoft Teams for Healthcare from other similar products?
What I like most about MS Teams is that it is very easy to use. The desktop application makes it easy to create internal or external teams. The overview is very simple. It's one click to learn the effect. Team document sharing is also an advantage for teams. All Microsoft programs can be integrated, loaded and edited in teams. We use teams as a communication channel both internally and externally. where and what has been discussed where. And the connection to Sharepoint is also not logical in all aspects; for example, when it comes to migrating groups. And setting up meeting rooms etc. also takes some practice. The integration of Sharepoint.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a team in different locations, the teams solve simple communication. Home office employees also have quick access to the application and can talk to each other quickly. By sharing the screen, work steps can be easily explained and shown to new employees. MS Teams has all the features you would expect to have in a video and chat tool. The handling is quite intuitive and I think the integrated file storage in the respective chat groups is excellent: all sent and received documents are stored centrally and are also accessible for collaborative and simultaneous work. We switched from Google Meet to MS Teams, which was tedious at first; but now
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not all applications that can be integrated into equipment are available yet. In any case, there is still some way to go here. An update should bring more to the store. There is no German data protection, which could be relevant for companies from Germany. The exchange of video content is also not quite mature. In my opinion, Teams has a lot of features that it doesn't really need (which is a Microsoft disease anyway). The integrated calendar, for example; the Outlook calendar is enough for me. I also find it superfluous that each call has its own newly configured chat channel; At some point you no longer know what is stored where.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We use Microsoft Teams for video calls, chats and file storage, the latter especially when it comes to files that need to be edited by several people at the same time. I also see this as the biggest advantage of Teams, in addition to more efficient and faster communication. Through the combination with Azure, permissions management can be designed very easily 2. Power BI reports, notes and Sharepoint connections can be integrated into Teams chats 3. Inviting external users takes collaboration with external partners to a new level 4. All internal communication is executed through tools, no more emails. Customer communication is also increasin

What differentiates Microsoft Teams for Healthcare from other similar products?
The audio and video quality of online meetings is generally great, allowing for clear communication, particularly in extremely important customer meetings where technological glitches are more than bothersome. Working on joint projects is made simple and efficient by collaborative work using apps like "Planner" or shared processing of internal team files. It saves time and costs by shortening communication chains. The distinction between private and public workspaces allows project groups to be easily recognized. People from the outside are being brought in. For a better perspective and traceability, keep activity logs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A notable advantage is the opportunity to invite external parties, such as customers, to cooperate and engage directly in a collaborative workspace. If you don't already have Microsoft 365, it also solves the biggest problem: they can work on the same document at the same time. This saves a significant amount of time while also increasing efficiency and effectiveness. Microsoft Teams makes it much easier to communicate within teams and bigger groups. Since last year, when the home office became standard, the easy-to-use chat with additional services such as document sharing, Voice over IP, or video telephony has been popular.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Aside from the positive qualities, the program is quite sophisticated and requires some training time if you want to use all of its features. Unfortunately, there are usually issues with the microphone during voice/video chats, particularly when calling external computer users or large groups, which other platforms seem to handle better. Because Microsoft requires a solid Internet connection to connect successfully, a bad Internet connection can prevent you from using the team feature. Document handling could also be improved. For a team, you can filter or arrange published documents.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a user, you have various options for communicating, collaborating via dashboards, assigning tasks, keeping to-do lists, and adding custom functionalities. Above all, collaborating with Microsoft teams is simpler. Communication and organization are combined in a single program in larger businesses. It works with all mobile devices and OS systems. It's location-based and digitally accessible. For a novice user, it is a straightforward and quick tool to use. Because it eliminates the need for travel, virtual conferencing saves a lot of money. Documents can be edited in parallel. Extensions through other means (also from external providers).
