What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
When a customer has a request or wants to plan a project, I utilize monday.com. Once we were able to effectively deploy, I believe it helped to develop a more simplified procedure for reporting and completing the loop with customers once something was finished. The use of monday.com for long-term planning and short-term, impromptu tasks like brainstorming and drafting emails has grown.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In my opinion, project management, customer care, and success teams would benefit greatly from using monday.com. Amazingly helpful for any endeavor with a high frequency of updates or a sense of urgency, since it enables a bigger team to readily check in on the status of these things. In addition to its practical use, I find it particularly useful for keeping track of the several projects I have going at once. In my experience, it hasn't been put to use in highly technical contexts, but that's where I plan to put it to use in the future.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would like to be able to modify the original line item's creator if possible. There may be a large number of promotional messages, but I understand that this is a feature of the product. It would be fantastic to have more suggestions for how to put it to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for a place to keep track of projects and chores, I highly recommend checking out monday.com. You may arrange your boards anyway you choose, and it's simple to put the most important information front and center. It's wonderful for teams since it's simple to see who's doing what and how much, and then to divide up additional work fairly between the available hands.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Super easy to set up, and you can keep things basic if you like, or get creative with your tracking. In this way, I know that my team and I are covering all the bases. Our company's record-keeping and responsibility are both enhanced by the software. The responses to inquiries and requests from the support service are prompt, and the help videos are excellent.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Rather of having to manually compose responses to each inquiry, I can just embed the questionnaire into a Notion page and have all of my team members fill it out and submit it to Monday.com for processing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Perhaps this is the cost that new businesses must pay. When you realize the potential of Monday.com and Notion. For a new business, it might be challenging to afford both Notion and monday.com. It may be really convenient to receive a discount for utilizing both applications.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Apply the status property to automate tasks like as responding to job applications, sending files to an email address, monitoring progress on a project, and notifying relevant parties. Monday.com now has slack integrations, so when an incident is created in a product, our members are alerted in the appropriate slack channel as well as on Monday.com.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Their marketing calendars are great to use as they enable us to keep track of our projects with efficiency. We can easily follow up the projects with their great management tools. They allow easy project management of our present, Future and past projects. We can track our progress on a professional level so that any update or notification is not missed. We can easily create boards for each service area.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Monday.com has great customer service with a Great supportive team. They provide us training videos and in person training session do that people can easily use their features with efficient skills. They provide us updates to integrations on boards. Their interface is easy and simple to use. They provide us features to plan the events easily and elegantly
What do you dislike most about this product?
If they allow integration with Xero it would be a great feature to use. They improve task dependencies so that dates are not required. They should allow live chat with their supportive staff.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is recommended because they have great filters to manage everything. They keep everyone appraised of project status.
