What differentiates NetSuite CRM from other similar products?
NetSuite was acquired in our company as a solution to better manage our accounting, and put us in contact with our accounting advisors in a more automated way, without having to waste so much time that is valuable to us in the midst of so many transactions, NetSuite has a lot of tools that add up every day in terms of leveraging the company's resources. In addition, the power to manage the company's own expenses is extremely useful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Any device with an internet connection can access NetSuite, keeping constant supervision of our accounts and accounting movements in a few steps, we can verify cash flows, bank transactions are automatically transmitted to Xero, saving us a lot of work and helping to save time in these situations. Being cloud based we run low risk of losing all our information.
What do you dislike most about this product?
To manage inventories in multiple locations requires tools external to NetSuite that are somewhat costly for the company and not easy to manage. It takes a long time to implement new functions which can be annoying in some cases, since the idea is to move forward as far as possible, in terms of reports some are sometimes very long and without clear information and others should have more accurate information.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend NetSuite for small and medium companies that need to automate their accounting area in order to generate more productivity in the company, NetSuite works correctly at a general level and despite its small flaws its cost is adequate to its operation, it fulfills what it promises although it can offer more. They should add better extensions that allow the diversified use of the tool, promoting progress among our employees.
