What differentiates NetSuite CRM from other similar products?
It is very practical to manage orders and to be a positive support for the company, as well as to carry out the inventories, supplies and others that strengthen the company's economy. We can recommend it because its features are positive and accurate to each process.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has allowed us to manage orders, inventories, production, supplies, control, accounting, finance, effectively and safely, something positive is that through its reports we keep track of our expenses, very important is that it works under a cloud, it helps us to manage our purchases effectively.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has mistakes in its interface, it generates a lot of complexity in its use, in addition to its limited integration in the free versions, the free version is not very complete and does not cover the basic principles of management to carry out the finances of the company.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
NetSuite is useful for growing companies to aggregate their finances into a single source of activity. It helps companies that aspire to go public implement the controls and processes needed to manage audit reviews. NetSuite is not as useful for overseas users because they do not provide post-launch support. It handles currency very well, but SMEs in other countries are often confused about the functionality.

What differentiates NetSuite CRM from other similar products?
This software is our favorite because we don't need any other software to manage all the processes of the company. We can do everything from invoicing and payments, to lead management and marketing campaign automation, email management, lead management and much more. It has payment processing, billing portal and customized invoicing, also online invoices, hourly invoices and project invoices.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It features lead capture and segmentation, with powerful filters that return up-to-date lead information. Our marketing department is happy with these features. Allows for the creation of custom invoices, plus online invoices, invoices for different projects, even hourly invoices, for payment of extra work that is paid by the hour. It has excellent pipeline management, which helps us to reach out to potential customers and close more successful sales.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The templates for email marketing could be more varied, the ones the program comes with are good, but very basic, the more variety the better for the company. The integrations were a little difficult to make, especially the internal chat, which we needed the help of technical support to guide us to achieve it. The mobile version is not as complete and impressive as the web version. I would like to see many more features and have more tools.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It has an excellent pipeline management, which gives us all the process and steps needed to achieve a successful sale, step by step. Segmentation and capture of quality leads, with verified and updated information, which allows us to achieve contacts with companies, business partners and ideal customers.

Major benefits of NetSuite CRM comprise: With real-time visibility into pipeline, sales and forecasts, the sales team can deftly convert an opportunity into a sale order with a mere click.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It requires Proper Maintenance and Constant Support which is not easy for smaller organizations

Engage in more efficient customer communication: CRM systems can improve the customer service experience for both the customer and the representative.
