What differentiates Oracle Commerce from other similar products?
It's uptime and configurable layouts which alleviates the need for developer for content changes.

Configurable layouts
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customisation more than commerce is next to impossible, ancillary products must be purchased. Oracle isn't investing in the B2C space and is more B2B focussed. High TTFB due to geographical distance
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For B2B, this product fits great. I would suggest evaluating other products for B2C if you expect a lot of mileage from the platform.
